RecommendedJust finished up a year lease at Palmera....Had a great experience! Great staff...never had a problem that wasn’t fixed asap. The other tenants were great as well...good mix of people. Highly recommend!
I lived in this community for a little over year. Although the staff was amazingly kind, I can’t say the same for some of my neighbors who saw it necessary to plaster the “N” word on the hallway wall right below our unit. Very cowardly. The staff was in tears offering apologies. Aside of that experience, Palmera was good to us! 🙏🏾💞

I have lived here about 6 years and I have never lived in community like this one. All the employees are friendly and very helpful. I would recommend Palmera apartments to anyone!!! Kathy
I’ve been a Palmera resident for a few years now and still enjoy living here. This community is conveniently located with beautiful landscape. Their maintenance crew is commendable. Office management and staff are professional, welcoming, friendly and pleasant. Amenities are an asset; include a gym, sea salt swimming pool, walking trail, security gates and optional trash pick up. We have had some fun activities and parties for both adult and children residents during the year. It feels like home!
As a five year resident of Palmera, I can't say enough wonderful things about this community. From the exceptional maintenance crew to the wonderful office associates, I am a very happy resident! The community is beautiful, quiet and safe. Palmera is by far the best community in which I've ever lived. And rest assured, if you have any issues, you have an amazing crew to help you! Wonderful!
Palmera is by far the most FABULOUS place to live!! The staff is great,the landscape is AMAZING and it feels great to pull up to our place everyday!! We looked for a new place for a while BUT once we saw PALMERA "we were sold"!!! This place is a 15 outta 10!! Alicia&Sunday☺ Very happy PALMERA residents!!
Beautiful spacey apartments in a great location. Great waking trail, awesome amenities including the salt water pool, tennis court, and excellent 24/7 gym! Palmera has the most attentive and supportive staff, my dog definitely loves his daily treats at the leasing office 😁
The best complex!! Super friendly staff and very well maintained. Beautiful nature reserve and lots of great walking paths.
It’s fantastic, I’m a pretty picky person and I have zero complaints at all. The staff will work with you on seemingly anything. I can’t for the life of me understand any complaints here.
