Worst place we have lived. Apts are built very poorly where you can hear everything that goes on above you. Spiders are awful and prepare for your allergies to flare majorly due to the “nature preserve “. Even the maintenance guy said that was a huge issue there. I have reached out to the staff many times about loud banging above me where my dishes rattle. I even had family over that have heard it. My wife and 2 daughters really like the complex and the staff. They take care of any problems and are very friendly.
I love Palmera Apartments because it feels like home. It's in a great location, convenient to shopping, feels safe, nicely landscaped and well maintained. I enjoy the amenities of the gym, walking trails and pool. Manager Stacy and staff are professional, pleasant, friendly and supportive to our needs. They plan special fun and social events during the year for everyone, both children and adults. Love living in my Palmera. Attached garages/garages in buildings, big tubs, pool, nicely maintained property, and friendly staff are fantastic! Have been here 3 years and am on my way to sign another lease!
