Just moved in yesterday and LOVING our new place! So unbelievably quiet here, beautiful and clean! My apt is so spacious and the extras they put into it are so nice. Never had an apt this nice. I hear the maintenance is awesome. Clubhouse and grounds are beautiful. Very excited to make this our new home! :-)
We LOVE living at Palmera! It has far surpassed our expectations. Jen, Brooke, and the entire staff from maintenance to leasing office are incredible. We started out thinking it would be a place to live until we picked out a lot to build, but it has turned into a home we are in no hurry to leave!
Had an awesome time at the super bowl party! I met some awesome people and definitely plan on attending more group events. Keep up the good work!
Did a beer tasting to help support a neighborhood chili cookoff, met several great residents including the Mayor of Palmera.
