A GREAT place to live. The facility is run in a very professional manner. The office and maintenance teams have a strong sense of urgency and are attentive to residents needs. Communication and follow up is excellent. The grounds are well-kept and overall standards for the property are exceptional. Palmera is a safe, clean, quiet place to live.
My husband and I love living at Palmera. You couldn't ask for a friendlier more accommodating staff and the grounds are always well maintained.
We love living at Palmera!! The move in was very easy and the staff was so helpful with everything! Matt helped us from start to end and the experience was very good!! Love the gym and the community in general! Great place to live!

My son and I are currently living at Palmera, and we love it! The grounds are beautiful, that include a walking trail, salt water pool, and spa like atmosphere. From the granite counter tops, the dark hardwood floors everything in my place is top notch! Let’s not forget the staff and how are they are willing to go above and beyond for their renters! I am looking forward to renewing my lease!
The apartment homes, amenities, grounds, employees, and neighbors are the best around. I am thankful for all of these and happy to have moved our family here. Great mix of retirees, professionals, and families. Good sense of community with social events and helpful, friendly staff.
I had an awesome visit to Palmera Apartments today! And we are planning our move there in mid-August! We chose the Palma floor plan and could be more excited -- I love the bonus room option available. And the amenities and the apartment finishes are top of the line. We are looking very much forward to being Palmera residents!
