The team at Palmer Snell were polite and friendly, but beyond that the service felt fairly standard. While everyone was nice enough, we didn’t feel particularly supported during the process and the experience lacked a personal touch. Overall, pleasant to deal with, but we were left feeling more like a number than a client.
At the start we were dealing with Richard who was professional and motivated towards the sale of our house. When Richard was not around it went down hill rapidly. Couldn't get hold of them via phone or email. The only time they contacted us was when our buyer wanted something, it was almost like they were paying the commission to Palmer Snell. They are very nice people ,there for helping you very friendly, kind. ☺️😊 When they give us the key 🔑for the new property, the agent was very friendly, kind.
