Thanks to Nick Palmer I have my daughter back. 2023 was a very difficult year, which ended in a diagnosis of autism, adhd, anxiety and trichotillomania which then led to attendance issues at school. I didn't think she would finish year 6. But she did. We now have good and bad days but my daughter can now see and feel positive about new challenges ahead and that her thoughts and feelings are valid.
