PALMco tripled my electric cost, leaving me with a $2,600 electric bill for my 1200 square foot house. I was promised rates that were half of the local energy supply company but instead I was mislead.

I was approached by this company, stating that they would supply electric, for .04 cents per kw hr. When reviewing my bill I was charged .13 cents a kw hr, I was informed their rare would never go above ***** rate, only to find out ***** rare was .05 cents a kw hr. They are very deciptive in their pracrices, be aware of this company, the do deceptive practices. I have canceled my supply with this company and filed a complaint with ****.

A guy from PalmCo showed up at my door pretending to work for Eversource and just wanted to verify my rate. He asked for my bill to see my account #. I Called eversource and they confirmed that they are not affiliated with PalmCo and that he was trying to get me to switch suppliers. That's what I figured but the guy never said that. Right off the bat he said he was with Eversource and asked for my bill. He rung my neighbors bell next but I told my neighbor it was a scam. That's some shady practices to get people to switch.

If you reading my review, I know its long but thats my whole experience with Palmco in just 4 months. They charged me 19.8cents instead of 11-12 cents when they knew I was cancelling them and wouldnt do anything about it. They will find a way to get all the money back from you and even more that what you'd normally pay instead of signing up on their plans. (W****** *************) My Mother (who is aging) was unfortunately taken by Palmco and their third-party sales person. He came to the door and pretty much fraudulently forged the documents with my Mothers info. He initialed all the agreement clauses with her initials on the contract. (Boston suburbs) This company buzzed random units in my locked apartment building in order to gain access inside. There are clear signs at both entrances to the complex that state "No Soliciting". Once inside, he knocked on my apartment door and immediately asked if I was 18 (I am) and when questioned why he stated "I can't speak to anyone under 18". (Boston, MA) A Palmco agent came to my apartment and tried to persuade me that my electric utility was switching wholesale providers in connection with the utility's (legitimate) request with the MA Dept. of Public Utilities for public hearings on changing their rates. Three Palmco employees entered my secure condo building using false pretenses saying they were partnering with ****. They were buzzed in and, once in the building, began knocking on doors. When confronted, they would not show their names on their i.d. and refused to leave. When told that the police would be called, they became very insulting and belligerent.
