I called my gas company since my bill was not posted and they told me that my supplier ***** ****** had not sent it to them. After contacting Indra they told me it would be corrected and they would resend my info so the bill could be created. Now we were actually in the second billing period with no bill. I called both again and my gas company said they can’t bill without the Indra data. Wish I could leave zero stars. We've had this company for 7 months now with no problems then BAM $300 gas bill. Our typical bill is around $100. Suddenly started charging us $17.364/mcf. I cancelled and filed a report for review but have yet to hear back.

Switch to Indra and first two bills were slightly higher than BGE (280.00)then slammed with a triple bill at 911.00 and used less than previous months. This is a huge scam.

Christopher M summed it up. I had the same problem with my gas bill. It went all the way to over $1.70 per ccf. I almost had a heart attack. Also, my electricity bill was almost 28 cents per kWh. That did not include Peco's distribution charge of 6.2 cents. Indra Energy makes their money by lying to people. If enough people sign up, they make their money by "churning". In other words, If they have 4,000 suckers or members per month and half cancel their contract while another 50 percent become new customers, they still make ... read more

I would rate them a zero. How do you get a gas bill for January 2019 at 15.2 mcf @. $7.981 for $121.31 and then get a bill for February for less gas used at 13.9 mcf @ $17.364 for a shocking bill of $241.36. This absolutely makes no sense! This is a taking their customers for granted. I have tried to call their 888 phone numbers twice today, on hold for 20 minutes plus with no pickup from customer service. Terrible, I am one unhappy person with no answers.

Stay away from ***** ******* They come in promising cheaper rates and then slam you by increasing your gas 300% and your electric 400%. I have the bills to prove it. If I could give less than one star I would.

If I could put zero I would this company raised my ccf from .79cent to 1.74 without warning and now I'm stuck with a 600$ gas bill

Racist and shady. 1. A sales person came up to my door and the first thing he asked when I answered was, "hi ma'am! Ehhhhhh do you speak a English?". Instead of assuming that any non-white person doesn't speak English, why not just hold a conversation and that question should answer itself. 2. Sales person went on about how he could lower our gas bill and asked to see a bill. I believe this is how a lot of shady companies scam consumers.

Zero stars. their Electric rate doubled and gas rate tripled after the intro rate which was not promised during the sales pitch. Promise of savings is a big fat lie. When calling customer service sometimes you must leave a message. Terrible
