This company does not deserve to be in business. They call, put you on a recording and change power company. Then they go as far as charging you double for your electric. Ameren charges 4 Cents and Indra has you locked in at 8 cents. Please do not fall for this company nonsense. They are a hoax and should be destroyed. Please stay AWAY unless you want to let your money flow down the drain. Thankfully I only had one bad month before noticing. Even though I know I did not agree to the change.

This company was HORRIBLE. They harassed and insulted me on the phone, they used unethical business practices to try to force me to change my energy company. They prey on seniors and really should not be allowed to continue business.

I was being overcharged by another company prior to this one. They did solicit door to door, but to their credit the representative I spoke with was genuine and professional, was clear about his ID and the company he was from, and explained the rates pretty clearly. However, the company switched from PalmCo to Indra without much warning and was pretty deceptive and confusing, and the rates were overly inflated. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!! They mean you harm and wants to ruin your life. I moved to a new residence and a month later received a bill of 1300. I called to get it fixed and was told they were going to fix it. A month later me and my four kids are without gas. They don’t care about your family and that they juked you and now you’re trying to figure out what are you going to do about baths and keeping your children warm. Please do not fall and suffer like me an unfortunate soul. It’s not worth the suffering..... BEWARE BEWARE

SCAM! Do not sign up with ***** ****** or it will cost you in the long run. I signed up with ***** ****** for Gas and Electric. Had a great 2 month promo then it would adjust to a flexible rate. NEVER in my wildest dreams I would expect the "flexible rate" to be what it was. I understand and "assumed" it would go up but my Gas went from .33 per thm to .75 per thm which DOUBLED. ******** ***recommendations for everyday rate is .37 per thm...WOW. This company took advantage of an elderly tenant of mine living alone and raised her rates 4x standard PPL rates. Her electricity bill was over $900 for a one bedroom efficiency apartment. She was left freezing, scared and asked me to move because she could not afford the heat. Owners of companies like this AND employees deserve to be imprisoned.

OUTRAGEOUS. (And BBB, you should give us a zero-star option.) These guys ended up charging 3 times the Washington gas variable rate, then basically told me it was my fault for signing up for a variable rate. Bills for over $600 when the previous normal high bill with WG was $200! Then, AFTER calling to cancel the contract, we received TWO MORE high bills from them, the excuse being that it can take 2-3 billing cycles for the change to take place! I was having problems on my bill and was not sure why. After speaking with an Indra agent, I realized I had a previous supplier that was severely overcharging me. Indra was able to take them off and reduce my rate by half the price! I referred a friend and they reduced their bill by $20. He had a bigger house then me so it helped him more.
