If I could give them zero stars I would! This is just a scam! The reps wouldn't leave and were so pushy that we ended up signing up and after that our electricity bill sky rocketed....we were paying double than what our bill should have been. When I called to cancel they said it would be process by the next billing cycle but it wasn't; I had to call three times to cancel! I called again today and finally got a date that the service will end but the customer service rep was rude over the phone.

The representatives of this company are amoral and unethical. I cannot believe the lies that came out of the representatives mouths. I was double teamed at my door by two reps, both claiming to be PECO energy employees. I was told that there was a problem with my bill that could easily be remedied at the door. I asked why their name tags said PECO third party and not PECO employee and they said that it doesn't matter. OBNOXIOUS PUSHY DOOR TO DOOR ENERGY SALES! We are in *******, PA and a few minutes ago someone starts ringing our doorbell over and over for 30 sec straight. When I get to the door I'm immediately getting the "hi are you in charge of making decisions about electric etc for the household". Another person swindled here. The whole ordeal was very deceptive. Salesperson/rep said they were from my local utilty companies and that I was being over charged and that she would take care of it. Didn't realize till after it was all done just what had happened. This is surely bad business practice. Did what I had to to cancel new service. Let's see what happens.

Very bad experience. Very deceptive to say the least. Solicitor came to my door saying he was associated with my energy company and from the state to correct my electric and gas bills. That my household was owed money due to billing error in rates. This man deceived me from beginning to end only to find out when he left (after I looked at link in text you receive) what I really had did. Utter disgust.

Unfortunately I was one of the many people swindled by PALMco. A door to door sales representative had convinced me that I would be receiving better rates than what I was getting. Instead, my rates tripled in less than 5 months. There is no justification coming into a low income neighborhood with primarily non-English speaking families and broke college students and providing a rate that is triple the amount we agreed to get for the initial few months. They are very deceitful in their business practice. They will make you think that they were sent by ****. They will ask for your **** bills and try to convince you that you were supposed to switch your energy supplier by so-and-so date. They will not let you know that they are from PALMCO, and you won't realize who you're really speaking until they ask "Are you agreeing to switch your supplier to PALMCO". I have repeatedly told the callers that I do not want to switch suppliers and they don't seem to take "no" for an answer. They try to double talk me but I hold my ground and will not be bullied by their high pressure, you're an idiot tactics. I better never see their name on my gas pr electric bill because they are scammers. Thirty reviews; not one positive, only one neutral and 29 negative. I'd say they're batting about 2, zero if you don't count the neutral review!
