Verified Renter The complex is so beautiful and very well maintained and everyone here is so nice! It's extremely dog friendly as well and the path around the lake is the perfect place to go for a little walk and meet other pups! The unit itself is also very nice and updated and I'm so happy I chose this community to move in to!

Verified Renter So, it is not absolutely terrible. The location is great, the community is not bad, & neighbors are not nosy and intrusive. But, big but the apartment itself is special. Cockroach infestation when we first moved in like 3 days in, the apartment bathroom is not well ventilated and they painted over the mold underneath. The rent increases every year from 200-600 dollars. Light bill super high due to them refusing to replace the ac despite fpl recommending them to. Verified Renter I like this community for many reasons. - Their maintenance team service is excellent. - Renewed Gym is more spacious. There is no need to join Planet Fitness or any other gym. - Location is convenient for Costco, Home Depot, Twin Peaks, Publics, CVS, schools, colleges, and FLL airport.

Verified Renter Love the community it is so close walking distance to Publix and it’s very close to Tower shops it’s like not even a five minute drive very close to nova college Broward College, and a lot more colleges in the area. Highly recommend this community.

Verified Renter Palm Trace is a nice community, generally clean, and offers a lot of amenities. That being said, it is very expensive and there were a lot of fees/bills we ended up needing to pay that we didn’t know about beforehand. For the price we pay for trash and rent, it is not maintained as well as it should be. The maintenance team are kind of unpredictable and we’ve had issues with odd smells from community trash or neighbors. For what we pay, I wish it was maintained better.
