Verified Renter Everything is clean and comfortable, my dog is happy too. They always cleaning and doing maintenance. The only peobles is that the pool sometimes is just close but overall is good

Verified Renter Amazing place, attention to detail and comfortable! The apartment is large and clean, very close to the airport and to the University Dr. The common areas (gym, pool ..) are very efficient.

Verified Renter Just moved in so this review may change in the future. So far Palm trace landings has been a great experience. My only complaint is the front desk in terms of phone calls. They rarely answer the phone and it is very hard to get a hold of someone. Other then that it’s great.
