Verified Renter Palm trees landings is is a 10 minute walk from Westport Plaza. There was a Publix Palm Trace Landings. It’s also Near nova and the colleges. By car it is right next to Fort Lauderdale and close to Fort Lauderdale international airport.

Verified Renter This is the best apartments that I have ever rented from I love it here and it feels like home . The pool is always very clean and everything is kept nice.

Verified Renter Palm Trace is such a good apartment complex for college students, and dog owners. My dog loves going to the park to play and run with his friends. The location is very nice, and close to Nova Southeastern University. While I know its a safety thing, the speed bumps are terrible.

Verified Renter My toilet is still not working which has been a problem since I moved into my apartment. You pay a lot of money here, so the apartments should be in top condition and move in ready. Mine was not! And is still not.

Verified Renter My family loves it here. Absolutely no complaints. It’s quiet and peaceful and our neighbors are nice. Amenities are nice. The property is clean for the most part besides the garbage but the office is working diligently to correct the issue. Other than that i am satisfied.
