Verified Renter Everything is fine however, it would be nice if the garbage pickup time is consistent. Some times they come at 6-7am and other times later at night around 10-11pm so by the time I place it in the bin outside, my garbage gets missed and have to wait until the following day in order for it to be picked up. It's a bit of an inconvenience.

Verified Renter Front office is very nice though responsiveness and sense of urgency to complete lease was not up to par. Ended up having to scramble at end and be careful with internet. You recieve a link to an app to set up utilities though setting up internet through app is lot correct. Didn’t find out until move in day and had to order through a different process and will be without internet for a bit now. Communication and urgency needs to be better. Again nice people in office though.

Verified Renter We have enjoyed the property for the last year. Great amenities, attentive maintenance and appealing layouts. Only complaints is residents not cleaning up after theirs pets and a $125 increase in rent when I renewed.
