The only thing that’s not true is the smoke free community , unfortunately they can’t really control that which is why I understand, but coming from someone that doesn’t smoke , not being able to open my balcony door when the weather is nice outside because the smoke from people smoking forces me to keep my sliding door and windows closed. Verified Renter Lots to love! Plenty of amenities - pools, gyms, tennis courts, lounge and a beautiful lake! Maintenance is very responsive to issues. The downside is paper thin walls and over $150 increase p/month when you renew.

Verified Renter Love the amenities and neighborhood! The entire community is very well kept and I enjoy living here. I will say that the second floor of my building smells super bad though and lately maintenance hasn’t done that great of a job with fixing things & they tend to make a mess whenever they fix things but other than that, everything about this community makes me happy I chose to live here!

Verified Renter So far the property has been great. The pools are nice and so are the gyms. They have very scenic trails that I walk my dogs on daily. However, people don’t pick up after their pets often so pet waste tends to get pretty bad around the property. We’ve also had a huge issue with roaches, as well as appliances breaking often, but maintenance is always quick to respond to a work order.
