Verified Renter Great experience. The whole property is clean. If there an issue, maintenance is very timely to fix it. The valet trash is nice, but the days they show up are pretty spotty. That’s the only thing I would change would be to find a steady trash company since they steady charge us the fee for it.

Verified Renter Smoke free community…… I have been subjected to second hand smoke since I moved here. I notified the community and they had the air duct cleaned but what will be done about the smoker. The community is quiet and maintenance handles issues quickly. The staff is also friendly and helpful. I just wish more could be done regarding my neighbor and the smoking.
