Verified Renter Palm Trace is a good place to live. The facilities are nice and the leasing office is very helpful. There is a nice pond by the mailboxes that you can walk around.

Verified Renter I have enjoyed living at Palm Trace. The only issue I have really had is the valet trash service not being consistent at times which is really through the vendor they chose not through Palm Trace directly
