Verified Renter Incredible community very close to downtown Fort Lauderdale it is only a 10 minute walk to Publix and it’s only 20 minutes away from the Broward Mall It’s a safe community. There is a lot of amenities like pools, basketball courts, and volleyball and barbecues in the community. I would totally recommend This community for college students and parents with kids

Verified Renter Office staff & Maintenance are great! Ana gets a gold star she is amazing! Amenities are good just hate that you have to wear wristbands to go to pool! Rent is high and additional fees are high and ridiculous! Safety could be better! Neighbors are quiet and nice!
