Verified Renter I moved in recently but I absolutely love it so far. I had Gabriel as my leasing agent and he was the best at showing me everything at the property. Love how he answered all my questions and explained the process along the way. The property is extremely clean and just has an overall feeling of tranquility.

Verified Renter This management team has cultivated an active community of young adults ranging from college students to new small families. Upgrading amenities has caused some to close temporarily but it's for the betterment. Maintenance team is good with urgent matters but 'non-urgent' tends to be forgotten.

Verified Renter The community is lovely and I couldn't ask for more. I do wish there were more available parking spots though. Considering management is very strict on parking, there should be additional parking spots for the residents who cannot park in the garage/driveway.

Verified Renter The complex is getting better after years, I wish maintenance staff were more dedicated to their job, it would be nice to have cleaning people once a week (at least) to keep breezeways clean. Pools as well, summer is coming so it will get worse.

Resident for 4 years If I could make my apartment a condo and buy it I would I love this community the peace of mind. No drama no fighting. I am a director of maintenance and have been around over 70 properties and 10 management companies and where I live beats all the rest by far. Verified Renter Outdated apartments, but new amenities. Overpriced in my opinion. Also needs more parking. We were not given a key to any of the pool bathrooms which is strange, and when I told the woman at the leasing office she didn’t do anything for me.
