Verified Renter the response time is fairly quick for service requests, questions about the community and amenities, and other miscellaneous things. the move in was extremely delayed due to bureaucracy but after that things went smoothly and everyone seems nice so far.

Verified Renter The place is nice to live, but it is a shame that cleanliness is not a priority, they do not keep the breezeways clean, there is always dirt, the pools are only clean in winter time, when no one uses them, but in summer It is always a disaster, and you cannot understand it, because you pay a lot of money to live here and at least we deserve clean areas, they should invest more in cleaning.
