Oil change Oil change department was awesome !! They r def one of the many reasons I will continue to buy Kia vehicles!! Great job to those guys that worked so hard to make my visit amazing!!
Sales great but downhill from there Sales Department was wonderful, but I bought my car in April 2019. As of the end of June my deal is not complete. My payoff on my trade was late which cost me more money. They overestimated my payoff and I still have not received a refund. When I call the dealership, all they say is there is no Accounting Manager and corporate is taking care of processes. Until they get their financial department in order I would avoid them.
Horrible Horrible customer service. Hustlers. They sure swindled me with the certified preowned bs. Had issues since day 2 and have had even more issues since. Stay away from this place and Kia in general. I will never do business here again and wouldn't recommend this place e to my worst enemies.

When you go ask for Nate, My experience was great! Nate was able to get me into a vehicle that fit my family size and my budget. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and did not try to force me into a specific kind of car. I am pleased with my experience at Value Kia and would recommend anyone to go. Ask for Nate, but I have to admit everyone that we met there was very professional and had great customer service.
