First New Car When I got there I was extremely nervous because this was my first time buying a new car and everyone was very helpful. They even got me a better deal than I had hoped for in the first place.

Very dissapointed Purchased a new vehicle, salesman informed us to return the following day to get the spare tire since it had not been in stain the trunk. Went back to pick up spare and was informed that the car doesn't come with a spare . You get a can of fix a flat ! And they didn't even have a spare / second key for the car . Salesman only wanted to get the sale and afterwards had no time ... he didn't even show up for the final paperwork . Like the car , however the dealership / sales experience was very disappointing

Where is the customer service? I walked in the Salesfloor and saw about 7 young men dressed in black and no one acknowledged me. Some were slouched over their desks as if watching a Copa Mundial championship game. I finally walked over to one sitting closest to the entrance door and said I was interested in trading in my Buick according to their TV.ad of "we will buy your car no matter how much you owe on it",. Blank stares I went to the Palm Springs Kia dealership to look at purchasing a used vehicle with my friend. We walked inside of the dealership and looked for a salesperson to attend to us. I made eye contact with at least 5 different employees and smiled, nobody bothered to acknowledge us or greet us. It was uncomfortable for us and made us feel unimportant.
