I guess they don't want to sell cars here. I guess they don't want to sell cars here. We arrived and went to the lot to look at new 3 row mid sized SUVs. No one came out so we went inside and waited for a salesman. One was sitting in showroom car in his phone, 3 others behind main desk, no one in office desks. Finally, we walked over to the main desk and asked for help. We told the salesman what we were looking for. Salesman went to get the car and was gone for 20 minutes. Not pleased with my buying experience I am pleased with the 2023 KIA Sportage Xline that I purchased. I was and still am disappointed with the salesperson and buying experience. My salesperson Andrew Lynch seemed to be more concerned answering phone calls and disappearing several times for 20 minutes or longer. As a matter of fact another person (Brandon)on the sales floor completed the transaction . I had to comeback the next day to rewrite a check I had made a mistake on. Service department is a scam I have an issue with a brand new (400 miles) car where the wipers aren't working properly. After taking it in, they refused any warranty work because I had installed a radar detector. This, in my opinion, is a clear violation of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. I took it back in, knowing they wouldn't honor the warranty, to which they wanted to replace a part that has already been replaced. They made me pay $400 to simply get my car back without any work being done to it. They are a scam. I will b... read more

Don’t do it!!! Had to give 1 star to do the review. Our car has been there for 6 weeks, no closer to finding the problem than day 1. This car has been there numerous times, computer issues. It’s probably been in the shop a total of 4 months! No follow up from the dealership, we initiate 95 percent of the calls. Still waiting for the GM to call, left 4 messages for her! No loaner offered. Worst experience of my life with a dealer/maintenance. When will it be resolved? Next Christmas maybe? Fed up

Bad business practices So this is in the response to the GM’s response to my review. No the mark up was not explained to me. What I was told was more long the lines of the mark up was happening because the cars were such great demand. Marking a vehicle up $10,000 just because you can makes no sense and there is no excuse for that. No other dealerships in the area had a GT. I am aware of that. However I spoke with the dealerships and they did say there was a markup on the vehicle but not $10,000. Not to mention the fact that ... read more
