Bad business practices So this is in the response to the GM’s response to my review. No the mark up was not explained to me. What I was told was more long the lines of the mark up was happening because the cars were such great demand. Marking a vehicle up $10,000 just because you can makes no sense and there is no excuse for that. No other dealerships in the area had a GT. I am aware of that. Palm Springs Kia Does Not Deserve Your Business If you value customer service and integrity, Palm Springs Kia does not deserve your business. My wife and I own a 2014 Kia Soul, a 2018 Kia Niro, and a 2022 Hybrid Kia Sorento. We have been taking our cars to be serviced at Palm Springs Kia for the last three years, and recently bought the Sorento there as well. Buying & Services & Parts This dealership I recommend buying a Kia to having all of my services done here at the Kia in. The Kia in cathedral city. I brought 2 Kia from Larry and Christopher. All of the sales people were very sweet and generous. I recommend this Kia dealership to by from and services.
Avoid Kia service department My Kia soul 2015 is great car...but service department needs to go across the street and study Honda service department. With 13,305 mikes on car did not expect to be told I needed to spend $660 dollars on new ignition switch and $200 plus to replace mood lighting switch. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! I purchased a $32k used car back on 07/11/2020 that within a month i have had to get the water pump, air compressor, alternator and a new battery. a total of $1200.0!!! I have made many attempts in this company to do the right thing but all i get is the runaround. Jeff the manager has avoided all of our calls and emails which is ridiculous. I plan on taking legal matters because this is no way to treat a customer!!
