Deceitful advertising of price, listing prices against CarGurus.com pricing guidelines, just to get you in the door. The CASH price is supposed to be listed, but they list the price after various incentives that not everyone qualifies for. Rude and arrogant GM/Sales Managers, told us to take a hike over $60. Great example of how they lie to customers, no business selling things for tens of thousands of dollars will lose a sale over tens of dollars.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE...THEY WILL NOT HONOR THE BUYBACK REBATES. I GOT ALL THE WAY THERE AFTER THEM TELLING ME IT WAS FOR NEW AND USED, THEY TOLD ME IT WASN'T AFTER I WAS ALREADY THERE ALL THE WAY FROM FORT MYERS!!!
Although I'm not quite ready to buy, Bonnie McQueen spent a lot of time with us, answered all of our questions, and made what is usually a grueling experience into a pleasant one. If you go, please let Bonnie know you read this here!
when you set up false adds on facebook to get people to come in to find out that the numbers aren't even close to what they had in add isn't good business. Won't waste my time ever again going there.
