Poor service after sale. 2 hour oil change with an appointment. Next oil change i requested concierge service for my genesis g80. On the day and time of service no one showed up. And no one called to inform me they could not make it. When i called them, i was directed to voice mail, and again no one called back.

We bought a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe limited mid December 2017 our salesman Barry was amazing but besides him everything else has been terrible. From day 1 the drivers rear window would not go down. Last week the cold Ac went out. I took our car in to be repaired under our 3 month warranty and they told me the Ac hoses are not covered!!!! They want us to pay $50 for the window motor to be replaced and $750 to repair two hoses that are leaking when they had masked the problem to begin with and sold us a faulty car knowing we wou... read more
