I have told all of my friends not to do business here due to the way they mislead Don Guillette and his daughter Crysta. Horrible customer service with questionable business practices.

Excellent service buying my new car
Service assistant manager A. S. was very helpful in explaining how things happened to my car and what was done to fix them. 2 other places I’d tried couldn’t figure out what was wrong so didn’t fix the problems. Happy now!
New purchase paperwork was not given to me (via paper or flash drive) when I left dealership with new car. Called the next day and asked salesman if I forgot paperwork he said he didn’t see anything. Asked him to reprint and I would pick up next day. When I went next day I was given flash drive. Went home and accessed documents. Discovered maintenance agreement and service agreement ($3,800) added to contract. Other items also not reviewed with me. Had to go back to Gettel again to correct all items with finance manager.
