We had an excellent service meeting with Craig Smith! He addressed every question we had about either buying the leased car or a new car! I drove out with a new 2020 Tucson! I can’t say enough how pleased with everyone we encountered and made it a very good experience!

Went into Hyundai after leaving Chevrolet to be greeted by Gage who was absolutely AMAZING! Gage is a very professional, patient gentlemen who is beyond educated on each vehicle. He took his time with me to find out what exactly I was looking for and needed. I was never made to feel rushed or that I was bothering him. I purchased my Sante Fe on 3/22. My salesman was Ami. He took so much time to make sure I understood the car and all it’s gizmos and also my options for financing. I can honestly say I’ve never had such a great experience purchasing a vehicle. Five star for sure!
The staff lied to my in laws. They said the interest rate would be 3.10% (they have excellent credit) and when they signed the papers it was over 4%. Liars! They “cleaned” the car before the in-laws drove it home and when we looked at it there were bug marks all over the front. Took it back today and the salesman (Ami) said it would take 90 minutes to clean it. Now I have detailed cars and had my own detail business and it would take 20-30 min Max. Cordell, John Knight and the staff were very professional and polite. They rushed me through the buying process and Cordell showed us the intricacies of our little Hyundai. Good experience!
