Terrible experience. Purchase took all day; then needed to return vehicle week after purchase for Auto Armor and a minor repair, which was supposed to take "a few hours". Ended up wasting another full day, only to have the vehicle not repaired. It's now 3 days later and we had to call to get an update and find out that it will be another couple days. RecommendedGreat, friendly staff. Matt Steel who took care of us was great he kept in contact every step of the way made everything smooth. Jp the general manager was very nice and made sure we were taken care of. Couldn’t have asked for a better dealership.
Terrible experience with them! They advertise one thing and try and sell you another, told the sales guy multiple times what my price range was and it was ignored multiple times. The sales guy couldn’t even tell the difference between a Dodge Journey, caravan and a Durango.
This is probably the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Matt Seyfert made me feel like a family friend. I recommend to all of my friends.
I bought 2 vehicles from them in July and I called to see if they could work with me over the phone because I am on crutches. They had the car I wanted but refused to send me information on it just pounded me to come on when I explained I cannot sit in a dealership for 3 hours.
