RecommendedClean, straightforward transactions without any misleading information or advertising. Most car dealerships I’ve been to have some degree of disappointment, but Jeff Wilkes at Gettel was fantastic. Honest, pleasant, and frankly the best service I’ve ever experienced buying a car.
Service department sucks. Took 3 returns to get a brake job almost correct, still not right. Then, spent $200 to fix a dash light. Light still on. Went back for 2nd fix, light back on. We were told van needed rewiring, which would have been covered under warranty, all of a sudden they get a different "code". Now they want to sell us a $1,000 oil pump, which "might" fix the problem. No thanks, we'll go elsewhere, not into snake oil service departments.
I had the best experience..Jeff and Keith were very attentive..always communicated with me & got me the best deal ! I would def recommend them!!
20,000 markup on vehicles is a joke

Just bought a new Jeep compass and had an excellent experience. Our salesmen Matt Steel and Bob Bibbee were the best. They both made us feel appreciated and went above and beyond during the process. Highly recomend Gettel .
