Staff was wonderful, gave me what I thought was a good deal. Finance person put the contact together completely undoing all that was already agreed on with sales staff. I am still willing to buy the vehicle because of its value to me. But the sales contract was most definitely drawn up in poor faith. I have agreed to purchase their vehicle, but will never do any business with them in the future. Do not recommend them for acting in poor faith.

We went to two other local Dodge dealerships and no one wanted to help us! Frank was awesome!!! He made the process very smooth. We bought the truck for a great price. Everyone at Gettel is super friendly and helpful. The finance manager was great as well. I highly recommend this dealership for both new and used purchases. Both sides are friendly and helpful.
I Would say to stop false advertising on the internet came there to see the 2018 Durango listed as 33,100 on the internet. when we get there its really 40k not 33,100. So to say the least we will NEVER buy anything from Gettel. I will make sure I tell everyone about your false advertising on the internet!!!!!!!!
I had Sam Dominguez (sales guy) was an experience. He handle more of the back and forwards and only called with solutions. My deal was easy. But Sam made it happen!!! Happy with truck, deal and my experience. He helped me in person and throughout the phone. 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
My wife and I bought a 2015 Chevrolet traverse. we had to bring it back two days later for problems that should have been caught on inspection. I was approached and asked what can I help you with and what's wrong. I started to tell what all was wrong. I was given a snotty attitude because it was a Chevrolet.
