What started out as a horrible new car experience turned out to be a terrific experience because of their superb manager, Mr. Jon Wright!! A seemingly un-fixable situation at the dealer level was rectified due to his professionalism and thinking outside of the box. The best part was he treated us like human beings providing the best customer service I have had in a long time! He is a breath of fresh air and could teach corporate a few lessons! Our sales rep (Frank) had little knowledge on the product he was trying to sell us. He also informed us that the vehicles we were looking at did not have rebates on them even though the dodge website stated other wise. He also stated that he only had the one van on the lot when in fact their website said they had multiple. I am very disappointed in my experience. just like the service department they had at Mazda,they dont believe in advising the customer of repairs needed if under warranty or recall......the service manager at Mazda when there was a Mazda dealer told me it wasnt they're job to inform me of the transmission leak that my vehicle had because it was under warranty.Well, as a former technician and shop manager,I beg to differ.
