Sales staff tried to high pressure sell me a vehicle I didn’t want when they didn’t have in stock what I requested and wanted. After purchasing a new vehicle from another dealer, I did take it back to Gettel for service. I called ahead and scheduled a service appointment. Arriving 10 minutes ahead of my appointment time, the service dept took 3 vehicles ahead of me that arrived after I arrived. I finally got to checkin my Jeep at 9:10.
