it took 7 hrs to buy a vehicle that I didnt wave price or compete. the finance guy was the worst. After 2 hours of waiting I was already approved for better financing and then he beat it within 2 minutes. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone for buying a vehicle.

Customer service and communication is horrible. Sold me a car with a package that wasn't even on the vehicle
Keep your word. After being told we didn't need to put "hold" money down, we drove the 2 1/2 hours there only to be told the vehicle had been sold! The internet people hadn't told the sales people or someone is lying. FYI, the credit union woman tried for 2 days to get the correct information to be able to transfer funds. there is no good reason for that!
