This place is fantastic. Apple can learn a few things from these guys about customer service. Wendell is the person who helped me and did an amazing job. Not once did I feel I was bullshitted. I’ll be taking all my Apple products here from now on.
No need to wait 2 weeks for an Apple store appointment. I walked in and they replaced my iPhone touch screen. I was still having problems and returned , sent my phone out for repair and gave me a fully functional loaner phone. Excellent customer service! I recommend highly!!!
