Tried this place out in order to get a warranty replacement for the butterfly keyboard issue with the touchbar MacBooks and am completely satisfied. Service was fast. Staff was friendly. I will be back next time I need anything they can help with.
The staff is excellent. Fast repairs. Little to no wait time. Arrived for my appointment and was taken care of immediately. Environment of the shop is warm and welcoming. Will be back to do a couple more repairs.
I just picked up my MacBook Air. These guys are the best. They had my computer repaired in less than 24 hours. Craig in the Boca Store was great to work with. He is knowledgeable, respectful of my time and exceeded my expectations. Don’t bother going to the Apple Store if you need Mac service. Go to these guys. They are an Apple Authorized repair place.

Best place I could have contacted to fix my cracked iPhone 7 Plus screen! I am from Jersey and was in quite a panic when my phone dropped down some concrete stairs while vacationing in palm beach. With no appointment on a dreary, rainy day, I was welcomed right away and given a brief overview of my issue and possible solutions. I left forty minutes later with a happy outcome for my iPhone. The most amazing customer service. If you live in Palm Beach County and need your iPhone � or any � Apple product fixed, THIS is the only place to go! Avoid long lines and days waiting for appointments at the Apple store. This right here, is a hidden gem! My iPhone X was dropped and stopped working. I took it in and it was fixed within 2 hours.
