The people in this store are all great to work with. The replacement battery they installed in our 6-yr-old MacBook Pro seemed to be failing after just one year. Wendall determined that it was an about-to-fail hard drive and not the battery. They installed a new solid-state drive and cloned the old drive. It was ready the next day. The machine now runs amazingly fast and the battery life is great. Wendall also gave us useful advice about the MacBook Air and the new High Sierra OS and answered several other questions as well.... read more
These guys rock! I have been using Palm Beach Mac for about 4 years now for my business which has numerous IMACS. This place is truly awesome. They are experts, they are fast and they are really really reasonable on prices. On top of all that they are very cool and easy to work with. I don't write a ton of reviews but this place really deserves kudos.
These guys saved the day! They got me up and running and recovered most of my data. I was told if they couldn't do it, they had someone they work with that can. This is the best 1 Stop for all your Mac needs!

First off, what a great bunch of guys that work here. After Best Buy Apple Support totally destroyed my telephone, they referred me to Palm Beach Mac Service. Upon arrival at Palm Beach Mac service my phone was taken to the back. A short time later Wendell came out and introduced himself and asked me a couple questions about my phone.
