While I'm still waiting on my service to be completed; It was pleasant to actually go in, speak to a tech, have my problem diagnosed, and know that I'm not paying an overwhelming Apple fee just to get quality service. Great place. Good location. Smart staff.

I've suffered 2-3 catastrophic machine failures over the years, probably spent $500+ each time trying to rescue data unsuccessfully. This week it happened again and Shane diagnosed the issue and had me back up and running in about 5 minutes with only a cable replacement. Can't imagine a better outcome or experience!
