While I'm still waiting on my service to be completed; It was pleasant to actually go in, speak to a tech, have my problem diagnosed, and know that I'm not paying an overwhelming Apple fee just to get quality service. Great place. Good location. Smart staff.

Superb Service!!! These gentlemen went above and beyond to help fix my Mac that blew up!!! They were so honest, efficient and friendly. I honestly can't thank Shane enough for how he handled the situation. I highly recommend them for any service or purchase you may need. Hard to find people like them these days!!! Thanks again.
I've suffered 2-3 catastrophic machine failures over the years, probably spent $500+ each time trying to rescue data unsuccessfully. This week it happened again and Shane diagnosed the issue and had me back up and running in about 5 minutes with only a cable replacement. Can't imagine a better outcome or experience!
