Excellent service, very efficient and friendly. I scheduled an appointment through Apple and had an appointment the next day. I would have had to wait 8 days to get an appt at the Apple store. I was given a loaner phone while I waited for my new phone to be delivered. I would definitely recommend them and I will always go there with my Apple products.
If you’re needing your Mac fixed or your phone or whatever the case may be and you’re thinking about going to the Apple store, go here instead!! Hardly ever much of a wait at all and a much more personalized service is received with these guys. Not to mention they are extremely friendly and hardworking, they know their stuff! These folks are the best. DO NOT think twice about using them for any I Phone, I Pad or Mac issues. They do what they say they are going, when they are going to do it.
The good folks at Palm Beach Mac did it again. They saved my "vintage" IPhone 5, in spite of the fact I couldn't remember my AOL password that I hadn't used in five years. If you need technical support for any Apple product, this is the place to go for friendly, knowledgeable service at a reasonable price.
