Brought in 2 laptops and they never told me about a diagnostic fee. Got a call that my laptop is ready, went to pick it up and paid 50$. When I got home I realized that nothing was fixed, they never told me that they cannot fix my laptop and charged me 50$ for diagnostic fee. My computer needed an operating system update, for some reason I could not install, the service was very fast and the computer is working well now. They also helped me to solve other problems too. Very good service!
if you want their technicians to leave two creepy selfies on your phone, go there. To top it off- they don’t care or offer a sincere apology. Disgusting!
Great service! Screen repair done perfectly and it was ready within the time promised! I would certainly recommend and use Mac Service again.
Today I took my MacBook from this service. Some of the staff walk without masks and gloves. Prices are 50% more expensive than in the Apple Store and are repaired twice as long. At the same time, when they took me away, they asked for a username and password. It is legal? They returned the dirty computer in spots and some kind of stains on the monitor. I will not use this service anymore.

These guys were great! They explained everything clearly to me so I understood completely. I thought for sure my computer was going to the graveyard! Not only were they able to open it after I did the recommended upgrade- they got me reset up and running again. And I didn’t lose any of my data! Highly recommend
