My Macs hard drive died ... so very sad. The Palm Beach Mac Service crew did all they could to salvage what they could. Assessed my Mac as being in good shape so we decided on installation of a new hard drive ... which they did pronto for me knowing that I was in the midst of a deadline project. Do computer issues arise at any other time?! They were reasonably priced, knowledgeable and were very nice. These guys are the best. Thank you for your expertise and support PB Mac Service!
Let me share how amazing Shane and his employees are....I was out of town, my brand new puppy bit my screen and poof - computer dead. I cannot work without my machine and from service centers in NC all I got was "Make an appointment at Mac and they will ship out to have fixed!!" Well I called PB Mac, they said get it here, we will order the screen and have it ready the next day". Excellent fast and reasonable. I thought I needed a new Mac laptop for over $1,500. When in fact they looked at it and said I just needed a new hard drive for $375.00. Done in 24hrs. Lovely people too! Lore
Definitely recommend to others. Took my 2017 MacBook Pro in for keyboard issue. Was not aware of Apple recall. Shane was extremely helpful. Keyboard was replaced over night, way faster than Apple would have done it. Very professional!
I took my 2011 Macbook pro in and got great service. I thought I needed a new computer! They made this one good as new. Great customer service.
RecommendedI made an appt for an hour and a half for training about 1 year ago he was great moved a little fast, but I learned a lot.
