RecommendedPurchased a new car at Gettel Toyota last Friday. Our salesman Dwayne Moody, was very patient with our numerous questions and more than one test drive. Great service writers. Very quick and respectful of customers
First experience here. Saturday morning oil and filter change. On time for 10:15 appt. Now 1:40 later and still waiting. Service writer says they are “half staffed on Sat with the same number of appointments”. Not a happy camper. Finally done after 1:50. Asst service manager took $20 off since I had to wait but I had internet coupons for parts and service that would have achieved the same result.
