I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dealership. I purchased a 2012 Honda CRV through Ms. Cheryl King last Sunday and I am so happy. I had been having a high level of stress with my previous car and the process buying this new one was so low-key and exactly what I wanted and needed! I was recommended to this dealership through a coworker, and I would 1000% recommend friends, family, and complete strangers to visit this dealership!

We called and they were able to get us in on the same day for an oil change and other services. We were greeted and any information they needed. We were treated so well as everything was explained to us. It took a little longer than they stated and was so apologetic. We have never been treated so well.

Never buy a car here from out of state!!! They sat on our Vermont registration for 25 days then only after calling sent it out. So sits our new car in the yard unable to drive due to lack of registration. Called for a week now with no response, once it’s left the yard they could care less.

My experience was wonderful, the knowledge, the salesmanship, the detail and break down of prices and cars was impressive to me. The drive was far but worth every penny. Great staff, great team. They want to make a sale but are fair honest and do not want to cheat you at the same time.

The customer service is awful. They don’t return calls and the sales manager thinks he’s a know it all. Save yourself time, and stress shop somewhere else.
