RecommendedCustomer service is always the best, from Desmond in sales (the BEST car salesman EVER!!!) to the Service Department that gives excellent service after the sale. We have been buying Toyota vehicles at this location for over 20 years and all of this has done nothing but improve (not to say it was ever bad, it's just gotten better) since Gettel bought the dealerships from Palm.
Our family felt it was a relaxing atmosphere. DeWayne Moody, our salesperson, was the absolute best. He was patient and explained everything in a friendly manner. I will definitely go back to Gettel.
I found all staff to be professional especially Matt the used car manager and Luis who did the closing. I do want to say that purchasing a car should not take 8.5 hours. We arrived at 10:30a and left at 6:50p. Very exhausting.
I am so happy with my upgrade! The service that Harold and Matthew showed was top notch. I am a satisfied customer for sure. Thank you all again. PS. spinning the wheel was fun for my extra savings

Good morning I highly recommend Gettel Toyota if you’re looking for a new or used vehicle. Everyone was extremely helpful when I was purchasing my car. From the car salesman to leasing office or to the awesome girl who came out to help me learn how to use all of the high-tech stuff in my new Camry. I highly Recommend them I give them a five out of five.
Cheryl King and the rest of the staff were awesome and worked very hard to get me what I needed.
The staff listens to what you have to say and they guide you through in a very professional and rather thorough manner delivering satisfaction to the customer.
