Had a driver park in the lay-by if my business earlier today around 2.15 blocking the whole entire lay-by as it’s only one of the small ones. When I approached him to ask how long his break was he said ‘I’m not on a break’ so I said your just parking here blocking the whole lay-by chilling! Great delivery this morning - the driver was brilliant as our driveway can be tricky for some, but he dealt with it all calmly and politely. I hope we have the same driver next time!

Terrible service, pallet 3 days late. Refuse to deal in anything other than emails. Time to revert to TPN. This is now the second time I have given this company a chance and the second time its cost me £000's in lost labour costs. Unable to give hard times for delivery and just it will be there by a time which never occurs. Staff on the phones are clearly not given any form of clear data from transport organisers which leaves them completely unable to complete their roles. 0/10
