I’m really disappointed with this experience. I travelled 2½ hours to get to the shop and had booked an appointment a few days in advance. When we arrived, the shop was closed. I rang the owner and he said he thought he had rescheduled with me because he had gone out of town, but I never received any call or text to say this.
