I took my 9 year old daughter to GP with an ear pain and a cough she got checked up by Dr Sher Khan and he said she is fine if it doesn't go away book another appointment. After 6 days struggling to find an appointment with the GP we got her checked as her symptoms wasn't getting any better. This time again he said the same thing that everything is ok saying it's just viral flu that is going around everywhere as he checked my daughter through. Thanks to Seema hussain the receptionist who was able to book me in for an emergency appointment within an hour of my call with Dr Yusuf. Seema was very friendly and helpful she didn't hesitate to book me in despite my call being in the afternoon. Normally I have to wait but things were very prompt very much appreciated.
Fined me for parking for less than 10 minutes, are u serious?
I have always had a good experience when ringing the doctor surgery when speaking to Seema she always goes above and beyond. Similarly I have also had incredible service from both Dr Yusuf and Dr Hinna.
Thank you to Mrs Seema Hussain for her help, she got excellent people skills and easy to communicate with and very friendly. She’s very helpful in helping getting an appointment when appointments are fully booked on the day, she sorts out the closest slot for appointments that’s available. Well done.
