I have been going to Pain Management since 2004. It is now just a routine follow-up type appointment, but when I have questions they are fully addressed. The staff is warm and friendly. I usually see a physician's assistant instead of a doctor, but that is all I need at this stage of my recovery/illness. I never feel as though she is too busy to spend all the time I need with her to address my concerns. Overall I would highly recommend this practice to anyone needing help with pain management.

Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Would you recommend this pain management specialist to others? Yes Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. No, they were polite Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
