I came to Karen with concerns about overcoming my anxiety and managing my stress. I have to say I was deeply impressed with her approach and methods. Since starting sessions with her, I've found myself managing external stresses and internal responses in a much more healthy and sustainable manner. I have suffered for 40 odd years with anxiety and depression but thanks to my sessions with Karen I am now in a much happier, anxious free place, cannot recommend highly enough.

I contacted Karen for some anxiety issues and also some physical pain due to stress. I cannot express my gratitude any more for Karen’s help and expertise. Karen made me feel comfortable and nothing other than at ease. Her therapy was definitely what I needed at the moment in time and with some things included in the course, still helping me to this day. I feel lighter and like I have some new tools to work on myself with life. Thank you Karen.

We approached Karen to help my young daughter with an increasing level of anxiety. After an initial meeting to agree our goals we proceeded with one to one sessions for my daughter. After the first session my daughter started to show more confidence and control of her anxiety by using controlling techniques. After the second meeting the change was huge.
