This is a great club with a friendly staff and many fitness activity options. All of the fitness class providers are motivating and well trained. They love what they do! It makes getting fit fun!
I go 3x a week to strength train plus 2x a week for Tai Chi. What a great place. Everyone there is friendly and helpful.
Best gym in the tri-State area cause, you can never get bored with a gym with so many great activities and it makes working out fun. 10 stars out of 10
I've been strength training here since April 2019 and I love it. The staff is the best, I know almost all of them by name, and they all remember me. Very clean, and good equipment as well.
