This place has a pool but they do not let paying members use if for hours every day because they are making money from the swim team.
RecommendedOld school gym with a good family atmosphere. You can lift heavy and hard or just workout and stay in shape. No ones judging and everyone is friendly.
I really like the Body Pump classes by Lisa. I’m not good about working out on my own. She is a very good & Christian instructor. She leads you verbally through every class. You can pick right up in her class anytime you join. Lisa is very good about encouraging you all the way through the end of the class. She is an awesome person & everybody loves her. They also have other Body Pump classes with other instructors that I am sure are good too, I just haven’t visited those classes. Plus they offer many other type of exercise ... read more
Just joined due to Bogo sale. Enjoyed both the Body Pump class with Emily and the yoga class. I was worst in class. Nonetheless, I Feel better physically and emotionally. So good for my over all well being. Will keep coming. Baby steps.... Thanks for the classes. The classes are what made me join. Best thing I’ve done for my health in a long time. What took me so long... Glad the Bogo sale propelled me to join.

Love the PAC! The Bodypump classes are my favorite way to get lean and toned!!!
We love it here! There is a wide variety of classes with excellent teachers and times making it easy for everyone to attend. Along with the classes, this gym also has everything you could imagine from child care, pool/hot tub, full range of cardio equipment, weights, batting cage etc. The prices are also great, especially with everything that is included!
